Why don't we start a list of contact information for Marketing (spam)
companies... I'll start it off

This is for those stupid Gevalia Coffee and associated spams.

Contact Cathy Lawson @ ClientLogic.com 304-528-8781

I called and bitched for about 20 minutes and they removed me from the
spam list right that instant!
